• This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating

REGISTRATION:

• Register online at TopDog
• EDIT your profile to make sure you've included your birthdate & cell phone service provider

FORMAT:

• Entries limited to 8 teams in each skill level division
• Full draw of 8 teams will have two (2) separate groups per division playing a Round Robin / three (3) games
• 4th game will be the medal round for the top 2 teams in each group. Teams 3 & 4 will also play to get their 4th game.
  • Group A #1 vs Group B #1
  • Group A #2 vs Group B #2
  • Group A #3 vs Group B #3
  • Group A #4 vs Group B #4
• Game will be first to 15 by 1 / at 14-14, next point wins
• If division draw not full, a different format will be used & advised when schedule is published
• Standings will be determined by total number of points accumulated in the round robin play
  • In the event of a tie, winner of head-to-head play will be used
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd places will be awarded in full draw divisions

Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.

ENTRY FEE:

• $55 per player for 1 event / additional $45 per player for 2 events
• Online payment/registration only
• Entry includes player gift
• Light refreshments provided - bananas, power bars, etc.
• Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Tesoro Grill - located in the pool area
• This event has a NO REFUND policy

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?

• The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not play down a level
• Players may only register for one (1) mens/ladies doubles division but CAN register for a Mixed event as well

The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registration deadline - Monday January 8th
• Draws published on TopDog - Tuesday January 9th
• All play will be on Saturday January 13th

NOTES TO PLAYERS:

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
• Shower facilities are NOT available
• A stocked pro shop with paddles, apparel & other items for sale is on site - NO CASH
• The Tesoro Cabana Bar & Grill will be open - NO CASH
• This event has a NO REFUND policy
