Cardiotennis

Monday 10:00-11:00 am. 3.0-3.5

Quickstart

Beginner and advanced beginner program for ages 5-11.

Red Ball- For players new to tennis. Students will learn how to hit correct strokes while playing games and learning the rules of tennis on a 36 foot court.

Orange Ball- For players who have graduated from 36 foot court. Players should be able to demonstrate proper form, know how to keep score and rally on a 60 foot court.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm

ORANGE BALL ADVANCED

For players who more advanced rally skills and the ability to serve consistently

from the 60 foot line.

Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30

Green Ball

Green Ball- For players who have graduated to a 78 foot court.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 pm

Intermediate Junior Development (JD 3/4)

Clinic focus on point play and rallying abilities for intermediate players.

Monday and Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 pm and Saturday 2:30-4:00 pm

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT (JD 1/2)

Clinics focus on point play and rallying abilities for and advanced players. This group is designed for L6 level players with UTR's above 2.5.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm

Falls High Performance Academy

The Falls offers a drill/play program Wednesday 7:00-8:30 pm and Sunday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm for upper level players. This is directed by long time Lubbock pro Matt Quick and TTU Men's assistant coach Parker Wynn. You must be a high school varsity player with a minimum 4.0 UTR.

Just a reminder that Falls junior clinics are split by UTR ratings.

JD requirements


JD Elite: 4.0 UTR for elite. Must play in 3 competitive matches per month(tournaments).

JD1: 2.1 UTR
JD2: 1.7UTR
JD3: 1.4 UTR
JD4: Eligible for yellow ball and has tournament experience.

You may check your UTR at Universaltennis.com

Only 'Verified Matches' in UTR or participation in USTA tournaments can affect your rating.
